Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming sales calls using a script and book appointments
Follow up with nonappointment incoming calls
Contact unsold showroom traffic leads
Follow up with set and missed appointments
Confirm all pending appointments (sales and service)
Follow up with aged sales leads
Track sold vehicles and follow up on hot sheets
Handle internet sales leads schedule dealership visits
Maintain CRM records accurately and consistently
Adhere to all company policies procedures and safety standards
Perform other related duties as assigned
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in a sales BDCor appointmentsetting role
Strong phone and communication skills (people like talking to you)
Thrive in a fastpaced goaldriven environment
CRM experience
Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Positive attitude selfstarter mentality
