What You Will Do:
General to complex facility maintenance to include drywall repairs plumbing repairs electrical repairs HVAC repairs painting landscaping and general upkeep.
work with a team to accomplish projects
Communicate with team members supervisors and employees within the district regarding facility maintenance and repairs

This position is overtime eligible per FLSA Standards.
If this position is filled internally the wage rate will be determined in accordance with the contract.

The final candidate selected for this position will be required to undergo a criminal background check. Successful completion of postsecondary training in facilities maintenance technology industrial trades technology or comparable training program; 1 yr. exp. in construction/building maintenance that included carpentry electrical plumbing & HVAC. Note: If the position will be assigned to operate motorized equipment of size & type regulated by Sections 4506.1 4506.03 & 4506.12 of Ohio Revised Code the applicant must also have a valid commercial driver license; if required to operate state vehicle must have valid driver license.
