Position Summary:
Blue Acorn iCi is seeking an Adobe Integration Data Engineer who has a strong background in MarTech CDP and Data Warehousing to join our delivery team. This position will be a hybrid role so the ideal candidate will be able to work onsite 23 days per week in the Dallas/Plano TX area.
This role requires a deep understanding of modern data platforms cloud architecture and data integration practices with a specific focus on Snowflake and Azure ecosystems. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing scalable highperformance data solutions that enable seamless data ingestion transformation governance and activation across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate brings strong handson experience in building and maintaining data pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow Kafka and Spark along with a solid foundation in data modeling realtime processing and cloudnative services. Youll also be involved in API development service integrations and automation efforts to support crosschannel personalization and advanced customer data strategies.
Responsibilities:- Ensuring the accuracy & timeliness of all deliverables as per expectation.
- Supporting the client teams to delivery of successful implementations using necessary planning and delivery framework.
- Presenting recommendations to project teams professionally distilling highly technical concepts into stakeholder appropriate terms.
- Gathering and reviewing requirements providing necessary feedback and thought leadership to help shape the delivery of robust and scalable solutions.
- Supporting client engagements and internal teams from a data and technical perspective.
Job Requirements:- 10 years of experience in data engineering with at least 35 years focused on MarTech CDP and data warehousing
- 5 years of experience in data engineering with at least 2 years focused on MarTech CDP and data warehousing
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- Strong expertise in integrating disparate data sources APIs and marketing technologies into a unified CDP
- Strong background inAPIbased data collection(REST GraphQL Webhooks).
- Experience withthirdparty data integrations(CRM marketing tools payment systems).
- Knowledge ofbatch & streaming pipelines(Kafka Kinesis Pub/Sub).
- Proficiency with ETL/ELT tools data mapping and transformation techniques data pipeline development and Apache Airflow workflow management
- Strong expertise in integrating marketing data sources APIs and systems (e.g. CRM DMP DSP ESP campaign management and paid media platforms)
- Experience with Azure cloud platforms AzureEvent Hubs and their integration with Snowflake
- Knowledge of marketing data structures customer data models and realtime data streaming
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR CCPA) and secure data integration practices
- Programming skills in languages such as Python Java or SQL for custom integration solutions
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex data integration issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with marketing IT and data teams
- Understanding of data governance quality and master data management principles
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CDP cloud integration certifications) are a plus
- Create schemas to represent data structures and enable them for profiles to ensure realworld data mapping.
- Ingest and transform data from various internal and external sources into AEP.
- Create and manage datasets mapping them to schemas and enabling them for profiles to ensure proper alignment with business needs.
- Apply data quality rules validate data integrity and manage data flows.
- Build and maintain RealTime Customer Profiles by stitching data across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Configure and manage identity namespaces to create linked identity graphs for personalized crosschannel experiences.
- Enable audience segmentation and activation for realtime use cases.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR CCPA) and enterprise security policies.
