Full Time Ophthalmology Nurse
Full time: 38hour week
Perth Animal Eye Hospital is seeking an experienced selfmotivated veterinary nurse to join their energetic dynamic team.
We are a busy ophthalmology referral hospital the only one in WA) in the Southern Suburbs consisting of 2 specialists1 registrar 2 resident and 5 nurses. We are looking to expand our family.
The position will be 38 hours worked Monday Friday between 7:30 6:30pm with an oncall roster of one weekend every 5 to 6 weeks. The oncall roster is for emergencies only as we are not open for routine appointments during the weekend. The position will cover a range of aspects of surgical nursing anesthesia customer servicereception patient care and of course ophthalmology!
The right candidate will require:
- Certificate IV in vet nursing or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience
- VSB registered.
- Great work ethic
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a close working relationship with your leading staff and fellow teammates.
- Highly effective communication customer service and interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with staff at all levels of the organisation.
- An amazing can do team player attitude.
