Job Description
HW Kia of West County is growing and islooking for a detailoriented and organized Automotive Accounting Clerk to add to their awardwinning team. This role involves maintaining accurate and efficient accounting records by computing classifying preparing recording and verifying financial data. This position reports directly to the Controller.
Responsibilities
- Basic accounting knowledge of routine accounting functions.
- Assisting the Office Manager with various accounting duties.
- Entering aftermarket warranty products into the system
- Processing payments for aftermarket warranty products.
- Managing cancellations of aftermarket warranty products.
- Handling dealer trades and wholesale deals.
- Reconciling daily cash and charges for bank deposits.
- Reconciling schedules on a weekly and monthly basis.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of accounting experience is required.
- CDK experience preferred.
- Reconciling daily cash and charges for bank deposits.
- Strong customer service communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with great attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills.
- Must be a team player with an excellent work ethic.
