Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Fulltime Gaming Supervisor to join the PLG team at The Grand Hotel in Frankston. Youll play a pivotal role in overseeing gaming operations ensuring all regulatory compliance requirements are met and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.
The Grand Hotel is located in Frankston the gateway to the Mornington a family friendly bistro great service & a relaxed atmosphere making it the perfect dining experience for all to enjoy.

What will my duties include
- Ensure the gaming room is always of a high standard in terms of cleanliness customer service lighting and ambiance.
- Oversee daily gaming operations including game management and equipment functionality.
- Ensure that all policies procedures and regulatory compliance requirements are always being met.
- Supervise and support gaming staff and provide training and guidance to maintain high performance standards.
- Assisting when required with the management team in the further development of the gaming room.
What we are looking for:
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
- Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
- Food Handlers Certificate
- TAB Compliance
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to lead motivate and manage staff effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
