Position Summary
Were looking for a creative and driven mind who loves to tell stories is eager to learn about public service and government organizations and who will be successful at creating highquality video content for a variety of internal and external marketing campaigns for MassDOT.
The Video Production Co op will report to the HR Program Director and work closely with MassDOTs Video Production Assistant on a variety of communications products that impacts the daytoday of a large workforce and the success of the agency. A successful coop in this role will be curious ask questions explore peoples stories and agency happenings to find and craft compelling stories; will be taskoriented able to juggle multiple projects and tasks and manage their time well; and prize quality take pride in the quality of their work and always strive to improve the products they create or contribute to. The intern will also interact with a wide variety of staff across departments at MassDOT and must have strong interpersonal communications skills; it is critical for this person to be able to communicate effectively through visual media. The Video Production coop will help produce onboarding videos and increase employee engagement through creation of new content and improved accessibility. You will work with our Content Team to develop fresh ideas and increase engagement.

The selected candidate for this role must have an active Class D license and the ability to travel throughout the state on a weekly basis and as needed.
