JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative I Mailroom $16.50/hr $1/hr pay for performance)
DEPARTMENT: Operations
REPORTS TO: Supervisor
FLSA STATUS: NonExempt

OVERVIEW:
The Customer Service Representative I (Mailroom) $16.50/hr $1/pay for performance) is responsible for the daytoday clerical actions of the mailroom. The position requires use of a personal vehicle to pick up and drop off mail at the local post office. This position fulfills detailoriented entry level functions in our facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Demonstrates ability to work in accordance with theSaviLinxGuiding Principles.
- Supportsthedaytodayclerical actions for a contract with the following duties:Ensuresprivacy confidentiality and precision with all work.
- Scansfaxesfiles andcollatesmail.
- Maintainsa working knowledge of our clients requirements.
- Picks up and drops off mail through use of personal vehicle (reimbursement for mileage included).
- Performs other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
No Supervisory responsibility.
EXPECTED WORKDAYS/ HOURS:
This position requires work MondayFriday 8am5pm.
LOCATION:
Work incenter daily (not work from home). Requirement to drive to and from the local post office with personal vehicle.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Detail oriented with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- HIPAA and PHI experience.
- Demonstrated success in customer service work.
