Job Description

The Lanes Group are the UKs largest independent provider of water and wastewater solutions and services we play a vital role in always maintaining the seamless operations of the nations water systems.

We are the UKs largest end to end drainage solution provider with depots strategically located across the UK from Aberdeen to Plymouth to ensure round the clock coverage for customers and clients alike.


About the Role:

We are actively seeking a Key Account Administrator to join our dynamic Key account Department. Reporting to the team leader successful applicants will be working closely to ensure that customers are kept informed with job updates and all enquires are deal efficiently. Candidates will also be required to maintain in house systems as well as dealing with both telephone and email enquiries and general administrative duties.

Location: Eccles Manchester)

Hours: 37.5 hours a week

Salary: 23809.50


Experience and qualifications required for the role:

Exceptional customer service skills are key to success in this role. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is hungry to do well ambitious hardworking and able to show initiative. Applicants will have established customer experience.
