RN Home Care for Scottsdale area (Full Remote)
Pay: $110000 $125000
Fulltime / Remote Field
Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a committed and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) in Scottsdale AZ to join our team offering a fulltime position. In this role you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the wellbeing and safety of patients at all stages of their healthcare journey. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs crafting personalized care plans administering medications and monitoring progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care to diverse age groups and health conditions.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate patient histories.
- Develop and execute individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Monitor vital signs and document any changes in patient conditions.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure complete patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Ensure all patient records and documentation are precise and current.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN PHN preferred.
- Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements and in good repair. Good driving record.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active RN license in the state of Arizona or a multistate license.
- Per Diem:Candidates applying for per diem must have6 months of home health experience as an RN.
- FullTime:No RN and home health experience is required.
