Job Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Clinical Psychologist for our Mysuru location. This fulltime role requires 1 to 3 years of work experience. Qualifications and Skills:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Mandatory skill): Expertise in conducting CBT sessions to help clients address and modify negative thoughts and behaviors.
- Psychological Assessment (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in administering and interpreting psychological tests to evaluate mental health conditions.
- Ethics and Confidentiality in Psychology (Mandatory skill): Strong adherence to professional codes of ethics and ensuring patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy: Competence in utilizing DBT techniques to assist clients in managing emotions and interpersonal effectiveness.
- EMDR Therapy: Skillful in employing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing to treat trauma and PTSD effectively.
- Crisis Intervention: Ability to provide immediate and effective intervention in mental health crises ensuring client safety and stabilization.
- Teletherapy Platforms: Experience in using digital platforms for conducting remote therapy sessions maintaining client engagement and progress.
