Senior VisionPLUS Developer CMS Posting FAS TRAMS and Mainframe Technologies

Overview:We are seeking a proficient VisionPLUS Developer to design and develop software solutions within the VisionPLUS framework. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of VisionPLUS modules and development expertise as well as the ability to provide functional and technical guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• VisionPLUS Development:

  • Design and develop software solutions within the VisionPLUS framework.
  • Handson experience with one or more VisionPLUS subsystems (CMS Posting FAS TRAMS VMx).

• Incident Management:

  • Monitor and provide solutions for Production and UAT incidents.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve complex business problems.

• Technical Leadership:

  • Provide functional and technical guidance to Business Analysts and Developers.
  • Understand client requirements and develop solution design documents for delivery.
  • Assist in resolving complex issues and incidents during implementation testing and production.

• Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with multiple teams to provide technical knowhow and solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.

Technical Skills:

Categorywise:

• VisionPLUS Expertise:

  • Handson experience with one or more VisionPLUS subsystems (CMS Posting FAS TRAMS VMx).
  • Highlevel understanding of all VisionPLUS subsystems and batch processing.

• Mainframe Skills:

  • Proficiency in Mainframe technologies (JCL COBOL VSAM CICS).

• Development Methodologies:

  • Experience with Waterfall Agile Scrum or Agile Kanban methodologies.

• Additional Skills:

  • Vision Flex experience is preferable.

DaytoDay Activities:

• Designing and developing software solutions within the VisionPLUS framework.
• Monitoring and resolving Production and UAT incidents.
• Collaborating with multiple teams to provide technical solutions.
• Providing functional and technical guidance to team members.
• Documenting solution designs and ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Assisting in the implementation and stabilization of solutions.

Qualifications:

• Required: Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.

Experience:

• 515 years of handson experience in VisionPLUS development.
