Job Description
Infosys is seeking a Lab Admin. In this role you will Design develop and maintain complex software systems. You will Write clean maintainable and efficient code following industry best practices. You will also be required to Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define requirements and design solutions. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defectfree solutions to meet our clients business needs. You will be part of a learning culture where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged excellence is rewarded and diversity is respected and valued.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within San Jose CA or be willing to relocate to the location. This position may require travel in the US.
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 2 years of strong experience with Linux server administration Networking Hardware Management Inventory Management and Lab operations.
Proven experience in Installing configuring and maintaining Linux servers.
Experience with Hardware Management Inventory Management and Lab operations.
Handson experience with scripting (e.g. Python Bash) for automation of tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
