The Human Resources Manager is responsible for performing HRrelated duties on a professional level and works closely with Family Wellness management in supporting HR needs. This position carries out responsibilities in the following key functional areas: recruiting hiring and onboarding employee relations benefits administration payroll and compensation employee safety HR policy training performance management and employment law compliance.
Job Specific Competencies
Education Experience & Skills (Minimum Requirement):
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Business or related field preferred. Two years of Human Resource experience and working knowledge of multiple Human Resource disciplines required. Must be selfdirected and motivated have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have strong negotiation and conflict management skills. Must be able to effectively identify and implement new strategies to address competitive complex Human Resource issues. Must be able to handle multiple priorities.
Licensure/Certification Requirement:
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRMCP preferred but not required.
