The Opportunity

We are seeking a platform product manager with experience in all facets of Commerce to drive Adobes growth.

What youll do

Adobes success hinges on how well we prime the Commerce Platform to meet immediate and future needs.

  • Data insights and customer needs guide Commerce capabilities prioritization and contributions to Identity and Administration platforms.

  • You will provide unambiguous detailed wellorganized and thoughtful requirements with API specifications and nonfunctional requirements to accelerate software development.

  • Develop Commerce APIs strategically to be generic deciding on new ones and phasing out old ones to benefit all sales channels and customer segments improving resiliency and availability.

  • You will lead in building the right working culture and deliver sustained success with developers architects program managers and other team members.

  • Ultimately clients can effectively use the Platform to unlock business growth & build outstanding customer experiences atop.

What youll need to succeed

  • You learn fast adapt smartly and have the knack to dig deep to identify root causes.

  • You are highly selfaware and instinctively know when to adjust your communication style to appeal to different audiences technical and nontechnical.

  • You are eloquent and skilled in influencing others across different teams to drive critical changes and deliver success.

  • You are business savvy empathetic to customer and developer needs and possess technical depth.

  • You can quickly unravel ambiguities translate sophisticated subjects into simpler concepts and succinctly communicate business value and impact to customer experiences.

  • You are adept at analyzing data performing conjoint analyses understanding architecture and system workflow diagrams to frame up issues and generate recommendations.

  • You enjoy working with software engineers and architects alike learning about new technologies and evangelizing the enablement of selfservice capabilities.

  • You have many years of success delivering sustained results through distributed software teams located in different parts of the world.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $145100 $273200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on jobrelated knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
