What Youll Do
- Lead electrical system design for a wide variety of building and infrastructure projects.
- Guide junior engineers and designers with direct mentoring and technical leadership.
- Collaborate closely with architects project managers and clients from concept to construction.
- Provide QA/QC oversight peer review and technical problemsolving across disciplines.
- Support proposals client meetings and business development initiatives when desired.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 20 years of electrical engineering experience (licensed PE preferred).
- Expertise in lighting power distribution and building systems for commercial institutional or industrial projects.
- A collaborative teamfirst mindset with a passion for mentoring.
- Effective communication skills and comfort engaging with clients and internal teams.
- A desire for flexibilitywhether that means working parttime or gradually ramping up to fulltime.
- A mindset of continuous learning and adaptability
