Our internal sales and services teams as well as a network of more than 100 distribution partners represent us throughout the globe across various verticals. The Customer Strategy and Operations team drives key go to market initiatives and supports sales and services leads with planning insights process optimization and project management thereby enabling Formlabs to deliver the best customer experience in 3D printing across the globe.

As we scale were looking for a highimpact analytical and strategic problemsolver to join our team as a Business Operations Lead.

In this hybrid Bostonbased role youll drive initiatives that directly impact Formlabs growth partnering closely with senior leaders across Sales Marketing Product and Operations teams. Youll bring analytical rigor and strategic thinking to solve highpriority business challenges optimize revenue performance and help shape our gotomarket strategy.

This is a highvisibility role with direct access to executive leadershipideal for a former management consultant or top MBA graduate looking to step into a key business role and make a tangible impact.

The Job

  • Drive strategic planning and across revenuegenerating teams identifying opportunities to accelerate growth and improve efficiency
  • Partner with Sales Marketing Product and Operations teams to shape our gotomarket strategy and align initiatives with companywide goals
  • Structure and lead highimpact strategic initiatives from market segmentation and pricing strategy to customer lifecycle optimization
  • Own and evolve dashboards KPIs and insights that inform executive decisions and track performance across customer acquisition and retention funnels
  • Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems: Translate data into actionable recommendations through thoughtful analysis business cases and stakeholder alignment

What we are looking for:

  • 37 years of experience in management consulting business operations revenue strategy or similar analytical roles
  • MBA from a toptier program (or equivalent strategic experience in fastpaced highgrowth companies)
  • Strong problemsolving skills with experience building data models evaluating complex tradeoffs and driving recommendations from data
  • Excellent executive communication skillsyou can distill complexity and influence stakeholders across levels
  • Experience owning projects endtoend: from insight to implementation and change management
  • Strong crossfunctional collaboration skills; you thrive when working across diverse teams and departments
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity juggling priorities and iterating quickly in a scaling environment

Bonus Points

  • Knowledge of SQL and/or data visualization tools
  • MBA preferred but not required
