Are you a History ECT or an experienced teacher seeking a new role
We are looking for a History Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Hounslow from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a passionate team helping students develop a love for history.
History Teacher Role & Responsibilities:
- Teach History across KS3 and KS4 with potential for KS5.
- Deliver engaging and wellstructured lessons.
- Track and assess student progress using data to inform teaching.
- Encourage critical thinking and debate among students.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and enrichment opportunities.
History Teacher Requirements:
- QTS or working towards QTS (ECTs welcome to apply).
- Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for History.
- Ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to high expectations and student progress.
