Position Summary: The Regional Gutter Manager is responsible for managing training and improving the proficiency of field gutter teams through initiatives such as inperson training handson training material coaching and periodic reviews. This position is also responsible for assisting in the recruitment and oversight of all field gutter teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Train coach and mentor Gutter Managers and Gutter Technicians on LeafFilters installation processes to ensure consistent adherence to the companys installation standards.
- Identify skill gaps and retraining opportunities to enhance team efficiency and performance.
- Drive operational excellence and overall effectiveness across gutter installation teams.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all gutter installation procedures including all LeafFilter products and customer home types.
- Assesindividual and team performance to design and implement targeted ad hoc training initiatives.
- Collaborate with installation management to evaluate gutter teams capabilities performance and growth potential.
- Assist with the recruitment interviewing and hiring efforts for Gutter Managers and Gutter Technicians.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education training and experience.
- 5 years of construction and/or remodeling experience.
- 2 years of leadership experience.
- 1 years of direct experience working with gutter and gutter protection systems and handson installation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must hold a valid drivers license.
- Must be able to successfully complete and meet DOT physical criteria.
- Must be able to operate a box truck safely.
- Must have reliable transportation to/from the job site to perform job duties.
- Must be comfortable ascending and descending ladders of varying heights to perform services.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Project and/or Access).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1B status).
Preferred Knowledge Skills Abilities or Certifications:
- Experience in the directtoconsumer construction/remodeling industry.

Travel Requirements:
- More than 50 of domestic travel is required.
Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:
- Additional hours may be required (exempt positions).
Physical Requirements:
- Normal Office Environment and field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
- Performs indoor work in a climatecontrolled environment and performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates.
- Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
