We seek a highly motivated honest and reliable person interested in supporting our Licensing Team and idges customers. You will have the opportunity to gain handson professional business experience assisting with the daytoday duties of Microsoft product sales operations work with a fun employee population and polish your sales business development and communication skills! The internship will be for 12 weeks during the summer of 2024.
A Day in the Life
Prepare standard sales quotes and proposals for Microsoft cloud products
Respond to customer requests to add products to their Microsoft subscriptions
Place standard customer orders for Independent Software Vendor (ISV) products
Schedule changes to annual renewals in the Microsoft Partner Center portal at client request
Research complex licensing questions from customers leveraging tools such as Microsoft Copilot
Assist in managing the internal teams licensing queue by assigning cases to the appropriate rep
Update organize and maintain the internal teams central Knowledge base as needed
Help coordinate internal projects (e.g. tool rollouts case templates tracking discounts etc.
Encouraged to pursue a Microsoft certification during the internship with idge covering the exam fee
Opportunity to jobshadow in other departments depending on career goals
Preferred Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Sales Business Information Technology or related fieldat a North Dakota College or University and taking at least 6 credits during the internship or semester prior the internship is required.*

Ability to work in a very fastpaced environment

Compensation
Our philosophy is to provide compensation that isCompetitiveEquitable andDriven by Performance. Various factors impact our pay ranges including market conditions and national salary data. To determine competitive salaries within this range we consider candidates skills qualifications and experience. These are national ranges inclusive of bonus opportunities and could represent multiple role levels.
US (USD): $15 per hour at a maximum of 40 hours per week
