You will be part of the Facilities Maintenance team ensuring that daytoday operations and maintenance activities are performed efficiently. In this fulltime role youll work closely with a dynamic team to support the safe secure and effective operation of our facilities handling general maintenance tasks and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
As a Tradesperson in the Facilities Maintenance team youll make a positive impact by:

• Providing daytoday responses to identified issues and failures
• Performing general facilities maintenance and minor repairs
• Conducting scheduled preventative maintenance as outlined in the Asset Management Plan
• Ensuring compliance with National and State legislation in all tasks
• Collaborating with subcontractors and teams to deliver maintenance and project management services
• Promoting a safetyfirst attitude and ensuring all tasks are completed safely

You are a proactive and reliable individual with a strong background in general facilities maintenance and building repairs. You have a natural ability to prioritize competing tasks and are committed to working safely and efficiently. You will thrive in a supportive team environment and enjoy working on a variety of tasks.
To be successful in this role youll have:

• A relevant Trade Certificate (e.g. Certificate III in Carpentry or Building and Construction)
• Experience in general facilities maintenance and building repairs
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications and systems
• The ability to prioritize competing tasks and objectives
• A focus on safety and attention to detail
• Honesty integrity and a collaborative mindset
