Job Summary:
PTS Advance is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecyclefrom concept and planning through to and closeout. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills capable of managing complex projects in a fastpaced technical environment. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving project success in areas such as safety quality budget scheduling and client satisfaction.
Direct and oversee the of DesignOnly EPC Construction Management and Program Management projects from initiation to completion.
Manage project teams fostering collaboration and ensuring effective utilization of resources across disciplines.
Drive adherence to project timelines budgets and quality standards proactively identifying and resolving risks and issues.
Serve as the principal liaison for client communication maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
Lead development of proposals scope documents budgets and schedules in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate the preparation negotiation and administration of contracts subcontracts and change orders.
Monitor project performance metrics including cost forecasts progress reports and work breakdown structures.
Implement and maintain project controls to support project tracking reporting and financial health.
Guide teams through project risk assessments and mitigation planning in collaboration with risk management.
Ensure regulatory and environmental compliance across all phases of project .
Promote a strong culture of health and safety among project staff and subcontractors.
Support business development efforts by cultivating new opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field; advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.
Minimum 7 years of experience managing complex multidisciplinary engineering or construction projects.
Proven ability to manage all aspects of project delivery including client relations budgeting scheduling and compliance.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience managing crossfunctional teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with project management software and tools.
Deep understanding of project controls safety standards QA/QC procedures and contractual management.
