About The Role

• Conducting facetoface and Zoom sessions with members to build a tailormade property portfolio plan
• Liaising with our investment lending team
• Presenting shortlisted properties and positioning members with the most suitable properties for them based on their property portfolio plan
• Managing a pipeline of members throughout various stages of the property purchasing process
• Ensuring positive endtoend member experience
• Generating new prospects from referrals
  

About You

• Proven track record of sales success within the property investment industry
• Proficient with standard computer systems
• Experience with CRM systems
• Sets high goals and commits to achieving them
• Always puts the success of our valued members first
