Job Description
Responsibilities
- Leads initiatives for recruitment in areas including coverage depth customer satisfaction scores and/or claim cost improvements by analyzing the reporting suite.
- Driving favorable results by managing external vendors lead sourcing and or recruiting initiatives.
- Build execute and monitor plans to achieve favorable business results.
- Conduct tech ridealong visits with key providers to offer insights on process enhancement.
- Function as a liaison between the company and assigned service pros.
- Continuously monitor network financials service delivery and service pros coverage for assigned territories.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 years of business management experience with an emphasis on businesstobusiness relations.
- 1 years leading in a coaching and development environment.
- Proven experience in managing or working with field service or inhome service delivery trades a plus.
- Service Technician background or experience is a plus.
- Aptitude/understanding of repair processes parts and components within residential Appliances HVAC Plumbing and or Electrical systems is a plus.
