Potowomut Golf Club is looking for a reliable motivated Prep Cook to join our rapidly growing Food & Beverage team. This is more than just a kitchen jobits an opportunity to work in a true scratch kitchen under the guidance of an esteemed Executive Chef who has led the clubs culinary program with consistency and care for years.

Key Responsibilities:

Prep fresh ingredients daily (vegetables proteins sauces etc. to support lunch dinner and banquet service.

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness organization and food safety.

Assist chefs and line cooks in a fastpaced scratch kitchen environment.

Follow direction within a professional brigade systemwe work as one team.

Ensure proper storage labeling and rotation of products.
Requirements & Expectations:

Prior prep or kitchen experience preferred but well train someone with a great attitude and work ethic.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Punctuality and reliability are a mustthis is a team that counts on one another.

Must have reliable transportation to and from the club.

Willingness to work nights weekends and holidays as needed during the season.

Positive attitude attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient work space.
