Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and driven Commercial Producer with a strong background in insurance to join our team. The Commercial Producer will be responsible for acquiring and managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients providing them with expert advice and tailored insurance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential commercial insurance clients
- Evaluate clients insurance needs and provide expert recommendations
- Develop and present customized insurance proposals and solutions
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and coverage
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support and communication
- Stay current on industry trends regulations and best practices
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous Sales/Producer experience is required
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverage options
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and CRM systems
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $40k$45k (based on experience) performancebased commission & bonus structure
