About the Role:
As a Senior Developer your focus will be on building high quality and performant features for our product. Youll play a key role in scoping the teams technical work using their knowledge to ensure it is properly sequenced designed and implemented. You will also use your experience to apply a criticalthinking and solutionoriented mindset in all you do with emphasis on continuous delivery and monitoring.
About the Project:
Join us in shaping the future of home healthcare through the Intake and Admission domain of the AlayaCare Cloud platform. This role focuses on the critical first steps of a clients journeyhandling everything from receiving and processing referrals to managing intake operations like client search profile updates and onboarding workflows.
Intake is deeply connected to care planning and documentation including medical history setup clinical notes medication tracking and form managementeverything needed to support personalized highquality care.
Youll be working at the heart of a system that directly impacts how care is delivered in the home. Expect a dynamic mix of technical challenges opportunities to drive innovation and the satisfaction of knowing your work makes a real difference in peoples lives.

AlayaCare supports a flexible hybrid working model expecting that our employees have a regular inoffice presence at their closest office location while offering flexibility for some remote work. Our team encourages inperson collaboration and with this the preferred candidate location for this position would be within the Greater Montreal Area.
