Under general supervision serves as independent examiner in charge of all phases of a real estate brokerage physical or virtual office examination an auction firm examination or a community association management firm a written comprehensive report of examination which is submitted for supervisory review and subsequent followup with the regulated entitys executive and/or to the proper administrative or disciplinary manager for and meets onsite with regulated entitys executive to report findings of the examination and develops recommendations and corrective actions in areas containing significant weaknesses and analyzes data and information to audit special accounts of moneys belonging to others held by the regulated entity.
