What Youve Accomplished
You have completed a Bachelors Degree and have worked in a related role for at least 8 years and at least 4 years of project related experience. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields or relevant experience in lieu of degree andare ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

- Knowledge or Fuel Manufacturing and/or Fuel Design processes.

As a Fuel Project Manager in Richland WA you will be part of the proven team in theFuel Business Unit. Under broad supervision this position is responsible for managing moderately complex single product line projects from proposal development and award through contract closeout. Responsibilities typically include planning scheduling and control of project activities to achieve project objectives. Your work will include:
- Providing project leadership for moderately complex single product line projects.
- Preparing project plans/schedules/materials to achieve project quality reliability cost and timing objectives.
- Utilizing approved project management methods and processes.
- Providing primary interface between project team management and clients.
- Developing assignments timetables and responsibilities for team members for the duration of the project.
- Coordinating multiple project activities including organizing and directing personnel materials and equipment.
- Utilizing team building skills to ensure satisfactory project performance.
- Defining and forecasting needed skills to meet project objectives.
- Managing cash flow and ensuring attainment of expected cash position.
- Pursuing engineering and manufacturing service sales opportunities with the customers which typically encompass some business development proposals support for contracting and project .
- Expected to achieve and continue to maintain Framatome PM Certification.

Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $123000 $167000 and may also include annual incentives performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location.
