Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Senior IT Systems Administrator to lead the design implementation and support of IT infrastructure. This role requires deep technical expertise in server administration networking virtualization and enterprise services such as Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange (onprem and hybrid)
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of progressive experience in IT systems and network administration with at least 3 years in a seniorlevel role.
- Deep expertise in Windows Server Linux Active Directory and Group Policy management.
- Strong handson experience with VMware ESXi/vCenter and Microsoft HyperV environments.
- Indepth understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN VLANs etc..
- Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange OnPremises M365 and hybrid messaging systems.
- Familiarity with enterprise firewalls (e.g. Cisco Fortinet Palo Alto) and network security.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to lead infrastructure troubleshooting and incident response.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design deployment and management of enterprisegrade Windows Server environments.
- Architect and maintain virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere/ESXi vCenter and Microsoft HyperV.
- Oversee core network infrastructure including LAN/WAN firewalls VPNs and Internet connectivity across all locations.
- Manage and secure Active Directory Group Policy LDAP and related identity services.
- Administer Microsoft Exchange (onprem and hybrid) platforms.
- Configure and manage DNS DHCP and TCP/IP networking components.
- Implement and enforce IT security standards including patch management firewall rules and endpoint protection.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues perform root cause analysis and apply longterm fixes.
- Collaborate with application DevOps and support teams to align infrastructure with business goals and standards.
- Lead infrastructurerelated projects and upgrades from planning to .
- Document systems procedures and infrastructure changes thoroughly.
Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications such as VMware VCP Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator CCNA or CompTIA Security
