Are you a passionate Early Childhood Educator ready to take the next step in your career Busy Bees at Lara is looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Educator to join our growing Hive and lead a room with confidence care and creativity.
Located just outside of Geelong our service offers a warm and inclusive environment where educators are empowered to deliver highquality programs that nurture each childs development.
About the Role: As a Lead Educator you will:
Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Lead and support a team of educators in your room to maintain a nurturing and inclusive environment
Collaborate with families to build strong relationships and support each childs development
Maintain documentation learning journals and reflections
Ensure all practices align with the National Quality Standards (NQS)
What Youll Need:
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
Minimum 12 years of experience in a Lead Educator or Room Leader role
Sound understanding of EYLF NQS and child development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Current WWCC (Employee) First Aid CPR Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
Full working rights in Australia
