Why do I see two salary ranges

Job Summary:
The Citys internship program provides handson experience for students exploring career opportunities in government service and related fields.
Community Development Planning currently has one parttime seasonal internship position to assist with planning tasks. The position is intended for summer 2025 for 1620 hours per week during normal working hours 8a5p Monday through Friday). This is a paid internship designed for a student or recent graduate in Geography (GIS) Urban Planning or a related field including but not limited to: Architecture Landscape Architecture Real Estate Civil Engineering Urban Design Sociology Sciences Environmental Studies or Prelaw.
