The Masters Lawn & Pest a rapidly growing and customerfocused landscaping company in Gainesville FL is seeking a Landscape Installation Manager to oversee and manage our installation projects with excellence. This role focuses on operations team development quality control and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in landscape construction a handson approach to project management and a proactive mindset to drive highquality project .

About the Role

As the Landscape Installation Manager you will be responsible for the daytoday operations of landscape installation projects ensuring they are completed efficiently on time and to the highest standards. You will coordinate field teams and subcontractors manage project budgets maintain client communication and ensure equipment and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily scheduling project and job site operations for the Landscape Installation Department.
• Ensure all projects meet company quality standards timelines and client expectations.

Subcontractor Oversight:

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure adherence to timelines quality standards and safety protocols.

Team Development:

• Support onboarding training and skill development of installation team members.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote a strong work ethic.

Financial Management:

• Track project budgets monitor expenses and ensure projects are completed within financial goals.
• Assist with project proposals change orders and upselling enhancement services.

Client Relations & Upselling:

• Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout project timelines.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements drainage solutions irrigation upgrades and seasonal services to add value to projects.

Equipment Safety & Resource Management:

• Oversee proper maintenance and use of equipment and tools.
• Enforce all safety standards and best practices on job sites.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement ways to improve project efficiency reduce material waste and streamline workflows.
  

Performance Metrics & What Success Looks Like

• Revenue Growth: Increase revenue from new and existing clients year over year through new projects and strategic upsells.
• Project Completion: Maintain an ontime project completion rate of at least 95.
• Employee Retention & Development: Meet team retention rate goals and implement structured training for all new hires and leadershiptrack team members.
• Client Satisfaction: Maintain a minimum average client satisfaction rating of X out of 10.
• Operational Efficiency: Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and exceed client expectations.
• Subcontractor Performance: Ensure subcontractors meet quality compliance and safety expectations on all jobs.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain full compliance with industry safety standards and company policies.
