Basecamp Resorts is a rapidly growing boutique chain of hotels based in Canmore Banff Lake Louise Revelstoke and Golden with more on the way. We are a younger and energetic team driven by our values and providing our guests with an exceptional experience in a home away from home. We are continuously expanding to better serve the resort communities of the Rocky Mountains.
Position Overview
We require fulltime housekeeper that will make sure all rooms for our Canmore locations are guest ready. There will be some duties that are required to be done daily and others that only are needed on a casebycase situation. A strong motivated team is already in place and we are looking for the same drive and commitment.
Salary: $18.00$19.00 per hour
Shifts: 8hour shifts Fulltime Permanent

Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping mopping dusting and polishing.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
- Notify superiors on any damages deficits and disturbances.
- Deal with reasonable complaints/ requests with professionalism and patience.
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any companyrelated practices.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
- Customeroriented and friendly.
- Prioritization and time management skills.
- Working quickly without compromising quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper is an asset
