We are inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst Social Media Research
Responsibilities include but not restricted to
Conduct thorough vetting of social media channels belonging to identified celebrities and influencers
Identify content or remarks that could serve as red flags indicating potential risks
Continuously monitor influencers social media channels for any controversial content
Create and maintain a scorecard that assigns values to accounts of interest
Present the scorecard periodically and incorporate requisite changes as requested
Client management and servicing understand client requirements and their business objectives
Collect and monitor data to fulfill the objectives with the help of social media and digital media tools
Manage data and time efficiently
Analyze and interpret data the collected
Develop reports that convert data into actionable insights for the clients
Write findings conclusions and implications of the data
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all phases of the research project
Participate in team and client meetings (as needed)
Work closely with other team members to ensure a highquality output
Drive and support Genpacts transformation towards more automation and analytics
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Relevant experience in social media analysis influencer measurement or a related role
Graduate degree (any) followed by MBA
Excellent MS Office skills (Advanced Excel PowerPoint Word)
Knowledge about market research methodologies and techniques
Excellent business writing and communication skills
Knowledge about social and digital media
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to generate insights and inferences from facts/data
Ability to analyze organize and integrate large amounts of information into clear concise presentations
Preferred qualifications
Good to have: Understanding of the BFS domain and influencer landscape
Good to have: Experience working with popular social media monitoring tools or management tools
Good to have: Experience in other visualization tools such as power BI
Willingness to work in shifts
