The Role
Were seeking an EMS Pharmacy Supervisor to oversee the distribution and inventory processes that support emergency medical services. In this role youll coordinate logistics supervise employees manage inventory and ensure efficient service for our customers helping us maintain the highest standards of quality and care.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision: Oversees staffing scheduling and daytoday operations; responsible for interviewing onboarding training performance reviews and enforcing performance standards while promoting team development.
Operational Knowledge: Demonstrates and supervises all pharmacy technician duties; adapts to crossfunctional tasks to maintain operational continuity & is able to operate equipment and vehicles and monitor delivery sites as needed.
Compliance & Accuracy: Ensures adherence to company policies and state and federal regulations; monitors medication security manages expired inventory and ensures proper disposal procedures.
Customer Service & Communication: Delivers excellent service maintains accurate records of communications and fosters effective interaction with colleagues leadership and external stakeholders.
Inventory Management & Productivity: Manages procurement receiving and distribution of medications and supplies; ensures timely accurate fulfillment; participates in cycle counts and maintains a clean organized workspace.
ProblemSolving & Initiative: Proactively identifies process inefficiencies and implements improvements; reviews and updates SOPs to enhance safety and workflow effectiveness

Qualifications
What Youll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED required; Pharmacy Technician certification is a plus.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail dependability and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT medical exam.
- Ability to lift 3550 lbs work under pressure and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and strong organizational skills.
