Infosys seeks a Senior Client Partner for its Information Services and Aviation vertical. The person will lead all the client interfaces within the assigned account along with the group managers to build the account plan and will be responsible for client management based on the account plan. Usually the Senior Client Partner handles a single account or part of a large account with a P&L of $50M.
Key Responsibilities:
Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships build a portfolio up to $50M own the opportunity management cycle: ProspectEvaluateProposeClose
Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client
Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required opportunities to be pursued price decisions etc.

The Infosys Information Services and Publishing practice builds a robust digital ecosystem to create and monetize content for publishers of portals newspapers periodicals research reports books and multimedia products. We implement content management systems to accelerate content discovery distill consumer insights from traffic and repurpose content across channels and devices. We leverage advanced publishing software to enhance digital storytelling for an immersive experience. Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 14 years of experience with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
Significant business development and project management experience
Experience serving / working for Publishing / Information Services industries. This includes Book Publishers Newspapers Domainspecific Information providers (such as Legal Financials and Risk Management)
Track record of interacting and building relationships with Clevel client contacts
Handson experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
Strong leadership interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience

MBA degree or foreign equivalent and 10 years of experience
