About the Role
Permanent part time opportunity where you will provide support to people with psychosocial disabilities to increase their independence social and economic participation to assist consumers to take more control of their lives and to better manage complex challenges of day to day living. This position is 4 days per week (or 30 hours across a 5 day week) where you can work from home or our Unley office with travel required across the Adelaide metro area to meet with clients.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check a NDIS Workers Screening Check and an SA Working with Children Check.
