Job Description

Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Onsite Hyderabad
Employment Type: Fulltime

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Payroll Management:
  • Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements related to payroll.
  1. Statutory and Compliance:
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws employment regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Manage employeerelated audits and ensure all HR practices align with legal standards.
  1. HRMS Administration:
  • Manage and optimize the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
  • Generate HR analytics and reports to support decisionmaking.
  1. Employee Documentation:
  • Maintain and manage all employee records contracts and other critical documentation.
  1. Joining and Exit Formalities:
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration for new hires.
  • Handle exit formalities including conducting exit interviews and ensuring knowledge transfer.
  1. Employee Engagement:
  • Develop and implement initiatives to foster employee satisfaction and team morale.
  • Organize teambuilding activities and events.
  1. Retention and Attrition Management:
  • Analyze attrition trends and develop strategies to improve retention.
  • Work closely with department heads to address employee concerns proactively.
  1. Office Administration:
  • Supervise daytoday office operations and administrative activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office infrastructure.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 5 years in HR management preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Indepth knowledge of payroll systems labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
