Roles and Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
Utilize various sourcing methods (job portals references etc) to identify and attract potential candidates
Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
Evaluate resumes applications and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
Database Management
Maintain the database of candidates
Interview Coordination:
Facilitate and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Gather and provide feedback to both candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Negotiation and Offer Management:
Manage salary negotiations and offer discussions between clients and candidates.
Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to the onboarding process.
Market Research and Industry Knowledge:
Stay abreast of industry trends competitor activities and market changes to inform recruitment strategies.
Collaboration with Team Members:
Work collaboratively with colleagues to share candidate leads insights and market knowledge.
Participate in team meetings to strategize and optimise recruitment processes.
Performance Metrics:
Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
Be target driven and thrive to achieve the targets and be competitive
Requirements
1 year of experience in endtoend recruitment
Handson experience with job portals like Naukri etc.
Bachelors degree.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel.
Proactive and resultsdriven mindset.
Ability to thrive in a targetdriven environment and work under pressure
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Adaptable and resilient in the face of challenges.
