Were seeking a Country Manager for our client who is a European leader in psychological assessment and related services.
Youll be responsible for developing and executing the local business strategy managing crossfunctional teams and ensuring alignment with the companys broader corporate objectives.
This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong business acumen exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to drive growth in complex dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and
- Lead and manage sales and marketing initiatives to drive brand recognition and market leadership
- Build and maintain relationships with customers partners suppliers and regulatory authorities
- Analyze market trends and evaluate competitive positioning
- Develop and execute actionable business plans aligned with company objectives
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion
- Manage project resource allocation and budget compliance
- Lead local recruitment training and development efforts to build highperforming teams
- Ensure timely and effective crisis management strategies
- Maintain legal financial and operational compliance in coordination with relevant national authorities.
Requirements:
- 510 years of experience in business management preferably within a similar industry
- Strong sales networking and customer relationship management skills
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Outstanding leadership interpersonal and communication abilities
- Fluency in English and Hungarian; additional European languages are a plus
- Strategic thinking with strong problemsolving capabilities.
