Job Description
- Accurately dispense prescription medications and counsel patients on their use.
- Review prescriptions for accuracy appropriateness and potential drug interactions.
- Guide the use of OTC medications health supplements and treatment options.
- Monitor patient health and progress to ensure medications are working effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all pharmaceutical transactions inventory and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to manage drug therapies.
- Stay updated on new therapies and medical protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all legal ethical and regulatory standards in pharmacy practice.
- Manage and oversee pharmacy inventory stock levels and expiration dates.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy
- Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Council of Nigeria.
- Proven experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of pharmacology drug interactions and dosage administration.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
