A day in the life.
As our Voluntary Benefits Specialist on the Voluntary Benefits Practice team you will help execute and track our enrollment solution strategy for clients ensuring efficiency and value. You will create RFPs for voluntary benefits carriers manage carrier paperwork and build strong client relationships through effective communication. Additionally you will assist with implementation calls prioritize client service requests and evaluate coverage options from multiple carriers.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- 2 years of experience working with voluntary benefit products and services
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Experience in client service and support roles
These additional qualifications are a plus but not required to apply:
- BS/BA in Business Insurance or a related field
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite
- Producers License for Life/Health preferred or the ability to obtain upon hire
