About the role:
- Join one of Australias leading Litigation & Regulatory team.
- Acting for high profile corporate clients as well as the ACCC (Australian Competition & Consumer Commission)
- Work closely with highly experienced Partners on complex commercial and regulatory dispute matters such as cartel investigations mergers and acquisitions and competition litigation.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer with 34 years PQE with a high level of dispute resolution and regulatory disputes experience.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Able to excel autonomously under appropriate supervision.
- Excellent time management skills able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
