The People Support Representative serves as a main resource for Crocs employees contacting our HR Service Center. You will answer employee queries via the HR Service Desk emails and chats providing information regarding company specific HR policies and/or procedures while following the Crocs and locally relevant guidelines.
Inquiries may include but are not limited to; employee benefit plans paid time off assistance navigating our systems employee life cycle questions and payroll related questions. In some cases issues may be raised to internal resources including COEs and HRBPs for further research and resolution. Through processing of data and responding to many different inquiries you will develop a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures.
