Duties & Responsibilities
Now theyre searching for a Vice President of Financial Controlling a sharp strategic powerhouse who can own the numbers steer financial governance and bring clarity to complexity. Youll sit at the heart of highimpact decisionmaking partnering with executive leadership optimizing performance across global operations and building the financial frameworks that drive growth from the ground up.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the regional financial controllership function ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Drive compliance with SOX and US GAAP standards across all reporting entities
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and operational heads
- Oversee financial planning analysis and internal controls
- Lead and develop a highperforming team of finance professionals
- Liaise with global finance teams and external Auditors to ensure audit readiness
- Champion continuous improvement and system optimization initiatives
Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA) qualification
- 1015 years of progressive financial experience with at least 10 years in the mining industry
- Proven leadership experience in a Head of Financial Control or similar senior finance role
- Strong expertise in SOX and US GAAP compliance
- Demonstrated success in managing regional or multicountry finance teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
