Duties & Responsibilities
Are you a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving commercial success Were looking for aGroup Commercial Managerto lead business growth initiatives across a dynamic and diverse portfolio.
In this role youll shape and execute commercial strategies build strong partnerships and work closely with executive leadership to grow market share across regions. Youll be responsible for everything from sales and marketing to product development customer experience and strategic partnerships.
What Youll Do:
Define and lead gotomarket strategies and commercial roadmaps
Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and global market expansion
Oversee sales marketing and customer solutions teams
Manage key relationships with distributors resellers and end users
Collaborate across teams to implement pricing frameworks and product plans
Champion customer experience with robust CRM strategies
What Youll Bring:
A Bachelors Degree in Business Finance or a related field (MBA preferred)
At least 5 years experience in commercial management strategy or business development
Strong leadership and mentoring experience

Experience in managing product supply chains and crossfunctional teams
A keen understanding of local and international markets
