We are seeking a motivated and experienced parttime contract Recruiter to join our team at InvestorFlow. The ideal candidate will help us identify attract and hire toptier talent for various roles in the United States and United Kingdom ensuring alignment with our company culture and growth goals. This role is remotefriendly within the United States and offers flexible hours perfect for a professional seeking a parttime opportunity in a fastpaced techdriven environment.
You Will:
Source screen and assess candidates for various technical sales marketing and operational roles within the Financial Services and tech industries.
Utilize multiple channels including job boards social media networking and referrals to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Manage the fullcycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements develop job descriptions and define hiring criteria.
Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing updates throughout the hiring process.
Act as an ambassador for InvestorFlows values and culture.
Ensure recruitment practices comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
You Have:
Proven experience as a recruiter preferably within the financial services or tech industries.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools such as Lever and Linkedin Recruiter.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Familiarity with SaaSrelated roles including technical (e.g. software developers engineers) and nontechnical (e.g. sales marketing) positions.
Background in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies.
Bonus points if you have recruitment experience in the United Kingdom.
