This global leader in the packaging manufacturing space is looking for a Tax Analyst to help take their business to the next level. This opportunity allows for a holistic view about the companies operations on a global scale. This company has been one of the biggest brands in manufacturing for over a decade and they continue to stay ahead of the competition by providing innovative customized solutions to their clients while minimizing their environmental impact. This role requires an individual who has been in the corporate finance space for over 5 years detail orientated and strong analytical skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review of tax packs
- Assist operations with technical tax VAT and Customs Queries
- Assisting with Tax Compliance
- Uploading trial balances on tax software system
- Ensure that the Operations deferred tax is in balance and reporting on it
- Management of the Tax software system
- Submission and completion of monthly VAT returns for holding company and major subsidiaries
- Submission and completion of Provisional Tax returns
- Tax Clearance Certificate applications
- Attending to SARS queries;

Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bcom Accounting and Post grad in Taxation is essential
- 3 Years tax experience is essential
- Experience is Manufacturing is preferred.
