Domestic Considerations: Work routinely from RAF Digby (flexible working is available). Required on occasion to attend training weekends at RAF Digby. Opportunity to deploy with the unit for annual 2weeks of ACT attend courses relevant to the role and attend conferences/meetings away from the RAF Digby location as necessary. Position Role: JSSU(R) Sp Sqn Recruiting Team Warrant Officer (RTWO); responsible to the PSAO Support Sqn for recruiting suitably qualified & capable personnel to the Unit. 1. Plan manage and deliver of Unit recruiting activities. 2. Administer and provide guidance to the Units recruiting team. 3. Provide the Unit with specialist advice on recruiting retention employer support and staff engagement. 4. Coordinate recruit mentoring activity with the Recruit Mentoring Team. 5. In conjunction with PSAO Sp Sqn carry out annual SelfAssessment Report review and produce the annual recruiting plan. 6. Plan and deliver outreach recruiting events. 7. Foster and maintain close relationships with employers and engagement stakeholders. 8. Maintain a Recruiting Register and provide statistical data to the unit staff.
National Security clearance is an essential requirement for this role at the Developed Vetting (DV) level. The successful applicant can apply for National Security clearance at DV level once in post. This is a reserved post and therefore only open to UK nationals.
DBS Check The successful applicant can apply for DBS Check once in post.
Army and RAF Recruiter Course the successful candidate is to be qualified to conduct Army and RAF Reserve recruiting. If not already qualified the successful candidate will be required to attend and pass the Army and RAF recruiter courses within 6 months of start date.
